This global, independent agency has a strategic and truly integrated approach to corporate communications and will broaden your expertise to encompass knowledge of marketing, digital comms, social media and design.   Working alongside directors of these disciplines, you will have a creative approach to corporate reputation management and enjoy the merits of working with supportive colleagues.  They are in a phase of growth and have opened two offices just this year and this is a great chance for an Associate Director to manage large and small institutional financial services and professional services firms.  You will be dealing with meaty industry issues from investment through to money laundering on an international scale as 50% of their campaigns are international.  If you’re feeling a little stale and looking for a challenge but with room to be entrepreneurial then this could be the very place.

The Role

Key challenges and opportunities in this PR Associate Director role:

  • Time to step up and hone your creative corporate communications skills
  • Provide clients with senior, tailored and strategic communications advice and talk confidently about asset management through to trading platforms
  • Capitalise on their global reach with the opportunity to travel as over half of their clients are international
  • Manage and mentor a super smart team help them be the best they can be
  • Develop corporate reputation campaigns that have cut through to reach international audiences
  • Support and pitch on new business initiatives using your flair and great presentation skills

The Person

Key attributes and experience for this PR Associate Director role:

  • Have strong corporate PR experience gained either in an agency or fast-paced in-house team
  • This role could suit an established Senior Account Director looking to take the next step, or a recently promoted Associate Director wanting to make more of a difference to clients and the agency they work for
  • You will be entrepreneurial with a hunger to try new things, a problem solver and solutions focused– able to look for creative solutions which are commercially viable
  • Have at least some experience of working with financial services and or professional services clients and it is essential you have a keen interest in the sector
  • Intelligent, positive and proactive with a “can do” approach  Being a good team player is vital to them as they are a close kit team
