This prestigious land owner is looking for a Communications Manager to take on responsibility for corporate communications across the business and project manage/edit the annual report.  Sitting in one of the most prestigious property brands in the UK that has a vast amount of assets across industries, you must be able to translate complex information into compelling content.  You will also develop thought-leadership content, leadership campaigns (CEO) and opinion pieces around market issues and work closely with senior stakeholders around the business.

The Role 

Key challenges and opportunities in this Communications Manager – 12-month contract role:

  • Your editing, strong writing and project management skills will be needed to produce an impressive annual report and opinion pieces on the market
  • You will be advising senior executives on a regular basis which requires strong influencing skills – creating communications plans across several key sectors including infrastructure and property
  • Supporting on communications for M&A
  • You will be creating opinion pieces, newsletter articles and thought-leadership campaigns stretching your ability to find stories and write creatively around complex issues

The Person

 

Key attributes and experience for this Communications Manager – 12 month contract role:

  • You must be available to start quickly, ideally January or February 2019
  • Gravitas, confidence and credibility are a must to influence senior stakeholders including the CEO
  • Ideally you will come from a PR corporate agency or in-house with experience in annual report writing/project management
  • Likely to be working at Account Director level in a corporate/financial communications role or in-house at a PR Manager level
  • Will consider a former journalist with real estate knowledge
  • Real estate, investment management, infrastructure, energy experience are all a bonus
  • There must be no doubt over your writing and editing skills
