The Role

Key challenges and opportunities in this Associate Director - corporate campaigns role: 

  • Encourage, inspire and motivate teams through mentoring and coaching 

  • Strategic media strategies and client handling across big-name clients, working to an industry-leading and award-winning campaigns 

  • Actively drive growth with existing clients and lend a hand with your creative ideas, developing pitch proposals and being part of a winning pitch team 

  • Oversee a talented team of colleagues, ensure they are delivering to a high standard, and when necessary getting your sleeves rolled up to make sure everything gets done 

  • Understand the corporate reputation landscape and be up to date with current affairs and what interests' clients, and how you can reach and influence them – the broader your skills the better 


The Person 

Key attributes and experience for this Associate Director – corporate campaigns role: 

  • You are currently at Associate Director level from a fast-paced, well-known corporate consultancy 

  • You will have vast experience in corporate communications working with b2b and b2c brands  

  • Experience of managing global brands or large UK clients is paramount 

  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen in managing client deliverables 

  • Eager to get involved with new business to help the ongoing growth 

  • To thrive, you will be highly creative, have a positive disposition and be an ambitious team player
